I know, because it’s changed mine.
Every year since 2013, I’ve practiced 101 Days of Gratitude. This annual challenge reminds me of the power of showing appreciation for what’s going well in my life — even amidst turmoil and heartbreak.
Like many of us, the past few years have been incredibly challenging so that’s why I’m turning to this practice once again.
Gratitude has been studied by psychologists for its ability to help deepen relationships, improve mental and physical health, increase self esteem and even help people get better sleep.
