Here’s a few things to inspire you to continue taking time for yourself:

  • Brew Yourself a Cup of Tea. You received a sample of Bourbon Vanilla Rooibos tea from Kaleisia Tea Lounge. To make your tea, pour a cup of boiling water over your tea bag. Let it steep for 5-10 minutes. Add sweetener and/or milk as desired. Enjoy!
